Position Overview

The Clinic Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the clinic. This multifaceted position involves overseeing billing and insurance processes, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and experienced in managing both business operations and patient care services in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Financial Management

• Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Ensure accurate and timely claim submissions and follow-ups
• Manage patient accounts, including payments and financial agreements
• Work closely with third-party billing services or software platforms

Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (online and local outreach)
• Manage clinic social media accounts and website updates
• Coordinate community events, promotions, and referral programs
• Track and report on marketing ROI and new patient acquisition

Patient Care & Office Management

• Greet and assist patients with scheduling, intake, and check-out
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Support the chiropractor(s) with administrative needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic clinic (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g., ChiroHD)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing and social media management experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
